Please use the following links to fill out an application of registration for the 25th Annual Health Career Convention, which will be held on Saturday, February 22nd, 2020.
The cost of attendance for students is $40.
The cost of attendance for chaperones is $15.
Costs include: Breakfast, Lunch, Tote Bag, T-Shirt, and Full Day Access to Convention.
These costs DO NOT cover living expenses.
All Money collected goes directly towards funding the convention.
Any payments submitted after February 8th will be charged an additional late fee of $5 per person.
Every Student must be accompanied by a chaperone - for every 10 students, there may be 1 common chaperone.

You will get to choose your Top Six Health Professions, however, it is not guaranteed that you will get these six. We will try our best to fit all your favorites into your schedule.
You must be dressed in business casual as you will be interacting with various health professionals throughout the event and you want to look your best.
All Chaperones are responsible for the student(s) they bring to the convention.
